As informed by Firefox, no re-installation is required. As soon as the fix lands properly, all add-ons should be back to normal. ABP disabled on FF It comes back as ABP either corrupt or disabled.

Firefox should have come with ABP by default. Time to move to Chrome, where something actually does work. But it works great on IE for me.
